• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service delivery date.
• Refunds are granted at our discretion and based on a review of the work performed and the stage of completion. Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed services.
• No refunds will be issued for services fully delivered or after 14 days from delivery.
• Requests for refunds should be emailed to our support team or submitted via the Contact Form. Include your name, service details, and reason for the refund request.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method. We are not responsible for banking delays or fees incurred during the refund.
